Barlow Justice

About Barlow Justice Limited

About Barlow Justice LimitedBarlow Justice, a firm of Registered Valuers, is a locally owned Dunedin based company, servicing not only Dunedin and Mosgiel, but the general Otago region.  The company was originally established in 1976, when O B Smith and John Barlow formed the partnership of Smith & Barlow.

In 1999 our company cemented a long-standing relationship with a group of other similar property firms throughout New Zealand by the establishment of Valuersnet NZ Limited to enable us to tender for property assignments on a national basis.  To date, we have been successful in completing large assignments for the Department of Corrections and the Department of Conservation.

Our work involves all forms of valuations from residential, commercial and industrial to hotels, motels and all types of rural and lifestyle property.  Because of our wide base of clients, we are called upon to advise on every aspect involving property.

In summary we offer
  • Independent advice
  • Specialist and detailed knowledge of all property sectors
  • A highly skilled and professional team of experts
  • Locally owned and based company
